An Audio-Visual Technician II is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment. This includes tasks such as soldering and terminating cables, mounting displays, hanging speakers, and performing technical service calls. Other requirements include lifting heavy equipment and working in various locations and environments, inventory management, and maintaining clean workspaces and vehicles.

An Audio-Visual Technician III is responsible for installing, maintaining, commissioning and troubleshooting complex audio-visual equipment and systems as well as overseeing other team members performing these duties. This includes tasks such performing complex installations, commissioning complex equipment, directing installations and tasks on a jobsite, and performing complex service calls.

The Audio-Visual Installation Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing AV installations, overseeing service tickets, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and leading our team of installers. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can balance customer communication, technical project management, and team leadership.
